Orange, carrot, sweet potato and ginger
Makes 1 16 oz juice
1 regular orange
2-3 skinny carrots
2 1/2 sweet potatoes
1 chunk of ginger (about an inch)
“Everything but the kitchen sink” – Veggie Blast
1 beet
1 very large carrot
1 bell pepper
1 apple (cored)
3 stalks of celery
3″ chunk of Daikon radish
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1/2 bunch of kale
some basil leaves
small tomato
2″ turmeric root (or add powdered turmeric to the juice)
1″ of ginger root
Process all through the juicer, then take the pulp and run it through once again. Drink and enjoy!

½ head purple cabbage

Green Juice for Fasting
4 stalks of celery
½ bunch of kale
3” chunk of diakon radish
1 small cucumber
1 bunch of spinach
A few sprigs of cilantro or flat leaf parsley
½ lemon
This is a great juice for juice fasting, but of course can provide wonderful health benefits anytime.
If you’re new to green juices this one can be a little strong so you may want to dilute it with water. You could also add an apple or pear to sweeten it up a little.
If you start to feel cold during your juice fast add a chunk of fresh ginger to your juices which is a warming spice and will do the same for you.
Celery, Kale and Lemon
Satiating Green Juice – Good for dismissing salt cravings

1 Lemon
This juice is simply amazing. I find it refreshes, energizes, balances, while it just plain tastes great. It’s so simple to make and relatively inexpensive. You get a major nutrient dose, particularly minerals.
The sodium in the celery takes away any salt cravings you may have been experiencing and the minerals and nutrients are easily assimilated. The lemon gives it a nice little zing while providing its own nutrients and helps with the digestion of the juice.
